Randy Milanowski, Editor-in-Chief
Hello and welcome to theTailpipe.com, my name is Randy. My wife and I (along with several pets) live near Chicago, IL, but I was born in North Carolina, grew up in Wisconsin, and spent several years in Minnesota before relocating to the Land of Lincoln. I have always had a passion for the automotive industry, and this site is a dream come true. Over the years, I have owned more than 20 cars from a 1984 Pontiac Parisienne (brown on brown, of course) to my current daily driver, a 2015 Honda Civic Si. Other highlights include a 1984 Pontiac Fiero, 2003 MINI Cooper, 1993 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 and 1988 Honda CRX Si. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and hope you find the site entertaining and informative.
Joe Fischer, Editor & Photographer
Hello, I’m Joe Fischer and I live in a suburb outside of St. Paul, Minnesota with my wife Lindsey, and our furry children Jack, Noodle and Georgia. My fun car is a 1990 Mazda Miata that is currently in stock form. I also own a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T Sedan as my daily driver when the weather doesn’t warrant Miata driving, and lastly as a backup and as a junk hauler a 1998 Ford Ranger 4×4. Lindsey recently traded in her Nissan Juke for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. As you can see our garage and driveway are pretty full! Some of my prior gems have been not two, not three, but four Honda Civics, 2013 Si Sedan, a 1996 Coupe and two 1990 Hatchbacks, a 1990 Honda CRX Si, 1993 Audi 90, and last but not least a 2009 Smart Fortwo Passion Cabrio. I’m currently working full-time in the financial industry and in my spare time I do enjoy photography and working on the cars in the stable.
